At a recent expert inspection and meeting, he was so in command of the facts and his presentation was so thorough and sophisticated, everyone in attendance left knowing his findings and opinions could not be disputed. During the beginning repair process with the original builder, we were extremely frustrated with the lack of communication and transparency, especially on the specifics on how they were going to rectify this serious situation. As soon as Rinnovo took over the renovation, we felt comforted. They came in with a plan and clearly communicated how they were going to fix our home along with the timeline of the process.
